Building the Business – It’ll cost a Fiverr

While doing some research into the podcasting element of the business I was given a site as a recommendation.  The name of the site is www.fiverr.com and it’s a marketplace for creatives to offer services like video, advertising on their work, or audio.

The general concept is simple.. for $5 the creative type has a very basic entry level promotional offering and then they scale up with additional services.  It’s Genius in that I’m always happy to spend less than a trip to McDonalds on a new idea.  If the idea works out I develop a relationship with a creative professional, I get quality product and they get a new regular customer.

I’m really enthralled by this site as I think it can be a great option for low cost promotional media assuming I get to the point where I have a need of a commercial, a video creation element, etc.. I’m really looking forward to when I have a need.

6-10-2016: I’ve still not used Fiverr, but i’ve now met people who have.  They say it never actually costs a Fiverr.. but it’s a good tool to use.
