A while back, a looooooooong while back, when I first started writing this blog, I had a series of articles titled “Influence You“. The idea was to share things that are heavily influential to me. That sort of fell by the wayside as my posts got longer and I started to simply incorporate my influences as part of the narrative I am string for. I think I may be able to repurpose the concept for when I want to share something I personally didn’t create, like this: Seth’s post on enrollment. It’s a longer form post, rare for him, but similar to my own. I can comment on it, but I think I’ll let the words speak for themselves. I will say that he succulently summarizes everything that goes wrong with companies, like those managed by large corporations or private equity, that exist only to be a part of an offering portfolio or to be a machine that exists to drive profit.
