If part of your business model is to provide free WiFi to encourage people to lounge, be productive, and ultimately purchase more of your products.. then why don’t you also supply enough power outlets and bandwidth?!?  I’m looking at you Panera.Panera

Occasionally throughout the course of my writings and efforts I observe something interesting that doesn’t quite fit with anything else.   Usually it’s something that is a bit off, unique or interesting to me.  When I wish to share it, I’ll call it Observational Errata (OE for short).
